Leadership Development
Our focus with executives, business owners and professionals is to identify specific areas of strength, acumen and expertise in effectively leading people and organizations. With the use of the Harrison Assessments methodology, we are able to distinguish skills, abilities and interest in 4 areas of leadership competencies: Communications, Drive for Results, Impact and Influence, and Innovation.
Once we have discovered the areas which need improvement, we work with the client on a plan of action to build and enhance key competencies. The length of the engagement may range from 30 days to a year or more. We can work in person or remotely through available technology.
